Tsukunya - Original Character
Worn to:
Sears Belleville Halloween Treat Day 2009
Status: Retired
I rather like this costume, and it's about the only one that doesn't have anything that drapes in the least. Well, maybe the tail does, but that's to be expected. The wig originally was a part of a commission, but that commission got cancelled on me, so I rinsed out the wig and restyled it. I find that the wig works for the character.
Catboy Tsukunya is actually the humanized version of my cat character. He's a long hair cat, and his colouring is black and white. The way that the black and white of the clothes for the costume goes, is how his colouring is. The collar around my neck was actually made by a friend for me a couple of years ago, and I thought that it would be good to incorporate that into Tsukunya's outfit. This is actually how Tsukunya pictures himself as a human. Because of how his owner, a 6 year old little girl named Suzumi, treats him, he starts to think that maybe he could be a proper human like her. In cat years he's 19, which works.
I warn you though, Tsukunya actually has a really bad temper and attitude. The only one that can get him to be nice is his owner Suzumi. She's the reason why he has a bell/ribbon collar.
