Vel'Koz - League of Legends
Worn:
GAnime 2015 (Gatineau, QC)
Status: Retired
Awards:
Honourable Mention Workmanship for Winter Wear (GAnime 2015 Artisan Division)
Why Vel'Koz?
This originally was not a plan to do, but then I decided why not? Originally I was supposed to do Heartseeker Ashe, but due to time, confidence, and skills, I put her on the backburner, and decided to do a humanized Vel'Koz.
Robe is made of a stretch knit and the pattern is an original. I used snake skin print for the cuffs and belt to give a unique look. Embroidery around the cuff is done by hand as well ast he painting.
Pants are made by me as well. Boots were found at Value Village.
Armour is made of spackle and craft foam. I will post more about the armour when I fix it all and get full photos of the costume.

Masquerade video from GAnime with my friends Anniechie as Frostfire Annie, Jon as Frostfire Tibbers and King Pixel Cosplay as Jinx.
This video shows multiple entries, our entry begins at 11:30 minutes into the video. But do watch all of the other entries and parts filmed! The entire masquerade was awesome! |
